Young Club Tennis Player, Matthew, has now added the US Open title to his accolades this summer.
Having already claimed the season’s top spot in the Green Group, he took his latest win against Jack in a very close US Open final on the Norbreck show court.
Matthew now follows Isaac as our second young double champion in 2018.
2 Sets to 1 Gives Matthew Green Light
Following a tough competition with 8 players, only the top 4 could go through into the semi-finals.
Matthew & Ethan won all of their semi-final matches and went on to battle out a close final with Matthew winning by 2 sets to 1. A great achievement for Matthew having only just moved up from the Orange Group this Summer.
