Classes are held on Tuesday evenings from 7pm – 8pm with our wonderful instructor Sue.
Courses are generally running in 4 week blocks, depending how the month falls and the courses are paid up front at the start.
Classes are open to NB&TC Club members only.

What do I need to bring?
Please bring your own Yoga/Pilates mat with you.
What is Pilates?
Pilates exercises aim to strengthen the body with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general health and wellbeing.
Pilates works to develop strength, balance, flexibility, posture and good breathing technique.
It is a low-impact form of exercise, so injuries are uncommon, however if you have any health conditions or concerns or you are recovering from an injury you should always seek advice from your GP or health professional before participating.
