Brand new Pilates classes are starting at the club Wednesday 30th October!

We’re introducing the first 4 week block of classes as a trial to see what take-up is like so if you are interested please support!

Pilates Class Dates

  • Wednesday 30th October, 7pm – 8pm
  • Monday 4th November, 7pm – 8pm (on a Monday in this week due to Quiz on Wednesday 6th November)
  • Wednesday 13th November, 7pm – 8pm
  • Wednesday 20th November, 7pm – 8pm

Classes are open to NB&TC Club members only.

Just £24 for the 4 week course! Limited places available.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your own Yoga/Pilates mat with you.

What is Pilates?

Pilates exercises aim to strengthen the body with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general health and wellbeing.

Pilates works to develop strength, balance, flexibility, posture and good breathing technique.

It is a low-impact form of exercise, so injuries are uncommon, however if you have any health conditions or concerns or you are recovering from an injury you should always seek advice from your GP or health professional before participating.
