Norbreck Bowling and Tennis Club hosted another successful Fylde Snooker League Presentation Night on Saturday 26th May bringing home quite a few of the trophies themselves.
As reported by Glyn Williams the club’s successful 2017/18 season was rewarded at the official presentation evening along with players and teams from club’s around the Fylde Coast.
Chris Firth, newly appointed Chair of the club’s Snooker section said: “Thank you all for your efforts and support last season. Long may snooker continue at Norbreck Bowling & Tennis Club. We hope to have yet another successful season for 2018/19.”
The club are recruiting new players for the next season and in particular for Monday and Thursday night leagues. If you are interested in joining the teams please email us on info@norbreckclub.org or speak to Chris Firth, Mark Firth or Gary Whitehead.
Huge thank you also goes to the league organisers, President Bob Entwistle, league secretary and host Roy McElhinney, co-host and DJ Ian Tolley and the fantastic sounds of local 3 piece Hudson!
