We’re excited to bring you something a little different. Join us on Sunday 5th April for this special workshop which is guaranteed to leave you feeling relaxed, recharged and refocused.
The workshop will focus on reducing tension in the body through some gentle fitness pilates exercises, breathing and relaxation techniques.
So if you need some ‘me’ time and to give yourself some ‘self care’ in a relaxed, calming atmosphere, come along and join us.
Time: 10.15am – 11.45am
Just £12 per person includes a glass of prosecco at the end, just in case you’re not relaxed enough!!!
Please bring a mat, water, blanket and warm socks.
